I have had this kit for almost 4 months with the promise of getting it installed and went about it yesterday only to have a few problems with the fit. I dont know about other years but on mine the thermostat housing tube is different and actually hits the SC unit. Plus with me deploying in 3 months to Iraq for 15 months I figured that instead of really making it fit and making it run great Id give someone else the enjoyment of all that.
Onto the kit, its a Gen 3 EM and one of 18 made. Everything in the pics (yes they are not mine but are the EXACT same as its same kit) is included. Also included are some hoses and the belt that is needed to make the SC work. It has some chips in the paint. Also the mounting bracket was ground down on some to try to fix the problem.

Just as a side note to help the sale: Having just installed mine, there is a problem with the thermostat tube, I gues like he said there is a difference in the casting from the earlier model 3400 to the later ones. I have an 04, and I had the same problem, only the tube was not rubbing on the supercharger housing, but only the hose. After destroying my factory hose by cutting it down too mush, I ended up buying a new hose. What I did was because I did not run EGR, where the tube used to bolt to the SC, I made a block out plate. I put a hose band style clamp around the hose and bolted it under the block out plate bolt, works great.
To whoever buys this kit, should you need better instruction, feel free to PM me.
BUMP!!!
As a warning though, I have the later model eaton, so dont take this as gospel.

Just FYI, the problem with it fitting probably isn't because of a difference in the thermostat housing, but because that kit is one of the prototype models. You can tell by the straight instead of snaking intake tube (meant to go around the battery on the later design) as well as the different outlet and the external bypass valve on the gen3 blower instead of the internal bypass with the actuator on the other side like in the gen4 blower. That kit they only made like 4 of and that the one used in the SC/T concept cars. The larger number of kits made used the gen4 blower with different cast inlet/outlet. The later kit was $3000 from magnacharger. Prices on the prototype kits varied because most of them where sold from other sources when the cars where parted out.

Ok....i have exactly $3100 from my graduation party. So i have the money to get it. How hard would this be to install? I put my own slp on and i have a decent knowledge on engine work. And my step dad used to be a mechanic. Would this be a REAL hastle to install or could i have it done in a day's work?

Its not too tough, if it comes with the instructions, even easier. I did it in two days by myself.

Good luck with the thermostat housing. ;-)
Good luck with instructions on a Gen3. Can get Gen4 instructions, and you'll still have lots of questions on your gen3.
If you can talk to someone with a Gen3 installed, the install is real easy.
