Nice color choice. I like the G6GTP conv. that is out. but you can get the coupe for under $20K, so that's also a good option.

hotel $100
renting a cobalt $100 (atleast 34 mpg) so $65 in gas to get there
about $80 to get the g6 home

well id like to get a hood with scoops, hammerhead spoiler, exhaust.. and maybe some tint.. but im probably going to be putting all of my pay checks right on to the car to get it paid off quick (im financing 7k) and then mods.. lol

Very nice, good choice on coupe, the sedan is digusting....im considering making that my next car after the GA, about 5k ish left on the GA though..I saw a white G6 GT with some body kit on it, looked ridiculously nice.....
yeah i dont like sedans, and everyone and their brother has a g6 sedan the coupes/convs are much more uncommon.

I myself am not a big fan of the new G6...just doesn't have any masculine lines and just looks kinda plain. But I'm glad that your getting something you like and newer than what you have. I'm probably going to get a Ford Explorer Sport Trac or something similar.

im pretty close to your halfway point...you can skip the hotel and crash on the couch..we're pretty damn close to I-80 too. oh, and there's beer in the fridge.

Nice car. Definately should be a fun car to drive back home. EVS is a great dealership to deal with- Ive taken my GAGT in there for service a few times. Enjoy the new car!

It's the truth, they have just made the G6 look cheap and unappealing. All the G6's that I do see, women drive...maybe that was their target market?

I honestly think the G6 GT coupe looks a 100 times better than the old grand am gt coupe. More modern, the Grand AM GT looked good, but it looked like a 1990's car. Also the Grand Am GT had an identity crisis with the Sunfire. Overall its not a whole lot bigger yet they tried to market it as a midsize car. The G6 acctually is a Mid-size car. I too was hoping for a more aggressive look, but just like the GTO it still looks good, and overall much better car in terms of quality.

:wtf I think the GT looks WAY more aggressive and nicer... has nice body lines.

Maybe the G6 sedan, but not the coupe... and definitely not the GTP.
im loving the car so far.. :)
the only thing i dislike about it is the small ass cruise button on the wheel..wtf they design it for a 2 year olds finger?!
