Suspension and Tire Toe

The wife's '96 GA SE has had the toe go
bad only a couple months after we had it
aligned (due to poor tire wear). Now we
have fresh rubber and if the toe gets out
of whack again, I must believe that there
is a suspension component that is broke.
Any advice on what to look for or check?

Front wheel toe is set with the tie rods, so if it's constantly going bad, you may have a faulty jam nut. Rear toe is pretty much non-adjustable.
