o2 sensor help

My car threw a p1134 code. I searched the forum and found one posting for it. I am assuming that this is the o2 sensor that is right after the engine and has nothing to do with the one after the cat. Also if I replace the o2 sensor should this fault clear on its own because Autozone said they cant reset this code anymore.

p1134 slow transition time this means it is not switch from rich to lean fast enough that is the right sensor the code will clear after 3 complete drive cycles or 3 trips trips are like 15 miles each changing speed and rpm
