Replacing hoses + thermostat

Hey all,

A general question here. My car has about 95K on it and I still have all my original hoses. Should I have them replaced ( proper maintanence) ?? If so, should I have them all replaced, or just some of them??

How about my thermostat?? Should I be replacing that.

FYI my local mechanic gave me an estimate to replace all the hoses and thermostat of $380

I am replacing my thermostat with a Duralast 180 degree. It's been throwing "coolant thermostat" codes lately. My car is at 103,xxx miles.
