Assuming you haven't done the 100k services of plugs, fresh coolant, trans pan drop, etc then do those. If you've done them already you should be set.

i bought the car off of a used car dealership that uses a local shop to do the work...but i will have to check the carfax i have to see if it has anything around the 100k range for service.

I would put in Pennzoil 5w-30 High mileage.
