What alternator?

Now that i have all my neons, leds and stereo equipment installed. Ive noticed alot of dimming when the stereo is pounding. What HO alternator should i get. Stock ones are 105amp and the ones i mostly see are 160amp but i also see 200amp ones. What should i go with?

By the way im running two diamond d6 subs if that matters.
