well I wasnt drunk nor was there much bought BUT Autopia's customer service is the best ever!


So here goes... a few days ago was my fathers B-day and so they sent him a $10 off code for their store.. he tells me about it and being clueless as to how to do most anything online other than chat so I decide to help him..

he decides he is gonna buy me a new sfx-1 spot pad and himself some 303 wiper wipes (he is way too cheap to buy new blades ;crap) we place the order... wait... and the box arrives (7-12) with only the wiper wipes :(... but what's this? in the box is also a paper letting me know that if there is anything wrong that I should go ahead and call and/or email them... hmm so what the heck I dial the # but only to get a VM box :( again... so I leave a message stating my problem with the missing spot pad along with my name and order # then shoot them an email to make sure everything goes right... no word from them at all so I started to worry.. fast forward to today I get an email stating my order has been sent out...WTF??? I didnt order anything else?? then I look closer and see the package content is 1 sfx-1 spot pad with an order and shipping cost of $0.00 :)

I absolutely love autopia and will continue to buy the majority of my detailing supplies there...

thats good, but they really shouldn't be messing up like that in the first place

with as many orders as they process per day screw-ups are bound to happen but when the retailer is willing to fix the issue without anything more than your word that really is going beyond what the majority of places would do for their customers.

well yea definately. i guess i see your point. i guess i never really thought of how many orders they do daily.

Thats exactly right. Autopia, autogeek.net and danase.com process tens of thousands of orders a day, literaly. Mistakes are bound to happen but all 3 of them will fix it extremely quick with nothin more than an e-mail or a phone call. I avoid ordering from anyone except those 3 unless i absolutely have to.

its true. i used to work in the warehouse doing shipping and recieving, and everyone once in a while someone would mess up. it happens. glad they fixed there error.
