Ok i search everywere and on everevy websites i know and i cant find nothing on my problem!
I have 2002 GAGT with CAI ,Catback exhaust and DHP 1,0 pcm

My problem is that my engige is running hot like 199 at idle (not bad) but when i floor it the temp goes to 210,212 in a matter on secs.and as soon as i lift it take again a fews sec. to go back to 200 .

can it be that my cat is clogged !

Or any other advices would be appreciate

I just crack a head , i replaced it change the thermostat put in a 195 so can that be the problem i have a 180 that i going to try today also i am running some NGK G- Power TR55GP plug there where install 2 weeks before i blew my Cylinder head

Any ideas !!!!

Thats not out of the operating temperature range.

Maybe but i changed my thermostat for a 180 and now the highest the temp goes is 196 in a 30 degree (canada) wheather even when i floor it until i am at 110 MPH

I'm not sure what the actual temps are, but I know normal driving the needle will be right around the middle mark. If you're idling it will move up to the 3/4 mark, and once you start driving it'll go back down to the half mark.

kinda sounds like you have a bubble in your coolant system. bleed your coolant and see if it fixes the problem.

Agreed. Bleed the cooling system because you still have a bubble in there near the coolant temp sensor.

Anything between 195 - 220 is normal.

I figure you bleed it by the small brass fitting on top or near the water pump ?
