Ok so I just got my ignition cylinder replaced by the dealership friday. Tonight was the first night that I drove it since I got it back. Now when im driving, everything seems ok. But when I hit my turn signal, my gauges dim, then light back up. But dim enough for me to notice and be annoyed by it. also my headlights dim when I hit the brakes. There is also a bit of a "Whining" noise that i never noticed before that is kind of annoying as well. I vote alternator is starting to go...any other ideas?

Alternator is my thought. If you have a volt meter hook it up and see what shows up. You should see upwards of 14.3-7 volts assuming the battery is good. Load up the electrical system and see how bad it changes.

If the alternator goes out completely you'll see a red light with a battery on it stay on.

bad/worn out alternator. or maybe a loose wire on the battery. check the terminals for corrosion and anythign that looks wrong.
