vent blower acting up

ive searched everywhere for a post on this but i cant find it.


when i turn on my ent, A/C, or heater on either 1 or 2 i dont feel anything. then on 3 it works fine. this just started happening a couple days ago.

i have a 99 grand am 3400. does anyone know what part needs ot be replaced and where it is located in the car?
