Jets ticket holder sues Patriots and coach Belichick

Seeks damages of more than $184 million

NEW YORK (AP) -- A New York Jets season-ticket holder filed a class-action lawsuit Friday against the New England Patriots and coach Bill Belichick for "deceiving customers."

The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Newark, N.J., by Carl Mayer of Princeton Township, N.J., stems from the Patriots being caught illegally videotaping signals from Jets coaches in New England's 38-14 season-opening win Sept. 9.

I've heard of some stupid lawsuits, but this one might take the cake! People really will look anywhere for free money!

Yeah they were cheating, but a games a game. A team can win or loose either way, and theres no way to tell whether or not the Jets would of won or lost regardless of whether Bellicheck was cheating or not. So basically it would be like me suing the Pitsburgh steelers for beating the Colts in 2005, and not allowing them to go to the superbowl!

I really don't see this one going very far before he gets laughed out of court!
