Over the summer there was alot of flooding in my area. being I am in fire/ems and use the grand damn as my work car, i had to put it in bbaaddd places during the water assault. Long story short I got hit with a wave from an 18 wheeler and it covered half my car. my d-side headlight still has water/condensation in it. How the hell do I get it out?

Here's what's worked best for me.
Remove the headlamp, pour a little rubbing alcohol in it, swirl it around on all surfaces, pour out. Then take a hair dryer and hit the inside through where the bulbs go until it is dry. This should fix it.
thanks boss, ill give it a try this evening

when i got water in my taillights somehow, i simply took it out, and placed in on a black top for a few hours in july. that took care of it. just make sure the lense is down.

^^pretty much the same as the blow dryer except the blow dryer only takes a few minutes ;)
edit: if you're borrowing the blow dryer, ask first, i'm in no way responsible if your nuts get crushed because you didn't ask permission to use it on a car project.

I used AJ's method on my driver side TYC tail light when I was washing my car and got some water in there some how. Found that was the BEST way to do it. GL.
