sounds like a chicken is in my car

when i press my brake pedal i hear a eaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrr. then when i let go i hear a small clink. Sounds like something is dry, it comes and goes its not constant. Anyone else grand am making the same noise? i have a 3.4 litre 2000 grand am gt

im not alone , thanks...i actually came upon the tsb . I am going to try to push the piston back in and see if it goes away for a bit

If there is a chicken in your car, I would get it out ASAP. I hear they can do a number on the interior if left in there for too long.

id say its either something with the pedal or the caliper slides need grease
