Well, just got back from the honeymoon trip to key west. 6238kms (3876 miles) on a moderate to highly modified GA in 9 days. Very proud of her.
Anyways, she is INFESTED with bug guts, its the worst Ive ever seen. Washed her 3 times and scrubbed till my arms hurt, still cant get them all off. What are you guys using for bug guts? I looked at the Turtle Wax bug and tar remover. Any good?

No, the stuf I found is a spray that appears to be like a wax. After the car is washed you use this stuff and a rag to get it off.

At least you weren't travelling in Louisiana around this time. Damn f**kbugs are usually out and will mess a car up quick.

what we do at work is spray this stuff called "bug off" on the car before we wash it. then spray it off with the pressure washer.......it all comes of everytime lol. so prbly get urself a pressure washer, a basic one is prbly good enoguh to do that with alone with the moldy siding on ur garage

depending on how long they were on there before you tryed washing them off.... they may be burned into the paint. I've seen cars that had bugs sit on the front for 3 days before washing and it was already too late for just degreaser. If you do use degreaser, make sure you do it out of the sun and then pressure wash after letting it sit for 5 minutes or so.
Then use a microfibre wash mit to clean what you can off. Don't be afraid to be a bit aggressive with the wash mit as longas your keeping it clean. Anything that doesn't come off (you can see it but if you run your hand over it you can't feel it ontop of the paint) will need to be polished off by hand using a polish with a very light abrasive.
On a side note, if your not familiar with using that type of polish then take it to a professional detail shop and let them do it.
