Skipping? SVS & Trac Off

I've got a 99 GA 2.4 Auto w/140000mi
It drove fine to work; when i came home tho it was skipping and had no power (wouldn't shift could hardly climb a hill)
so i replaced the coil packs and pack housing & plugs thinking either a coil or housing was bad but it's still not running right... both the SES and Trac Off lights came on instantly when I started it and haven't gone off since; I pulled the exhaust apart thinking the cats were plugged, and yes they're breaking apart but not plugged

I don't have an OBDII scanner, any thoughts or suggestions? I did a compression check and got 175psi for all 4 cyls... I'm lost... HELP!

speed sensor perhaps? scan the code at autozone

scanned it today the only code I got was P0300 'Random misfires all cylendars'

wires nothing to do with the traction abs tho

The engine seeing something wrong could turn off ABS and Trac Control. First i would check if your Fuel pump is priming or if the fuel filter is plugged. Its worth a go.
