So yea for the last month of heard this clunking up front. I live 140miles away from home,i go to school in kalamazoo. SO yea when the clunking FIRST started i looked under the hood and notice that the inner CV was sticking out a little far,so i post a pic up on here. People said it was normal, i didnt think it was. So i took it in to the shop they have here in kalamazoo(one here and one in flint, originally done in flint) So yea take it to the Kalamazoo shop tell the guy and show him and take him for a ride, OH yea normal, and i say no,jack it up and look,"yep fine, normal, probably a strut mount". So im like w.e dude. 2 weeks later the noise is more regular and i notice a vibration start. So idk what the hell is going on and i start posts describing my noise and stuff and none of the searchs helped with what I had. So finally last friday i decide to go home and visit because i hadnt been home in months. Drive home and the vibration gets worse and a noise starts. I get home look under the car, take the wheels off,do the tests, and everything is fine. I look at the inner CV on the passy side and notice tranny fluid. So im like sweet, maybe just a little extra from when it was rebuilt. Drive back to school sunday night, its bad,i mean like ****ty bad. So i get to my apartment and just park it. Now today i drove to class and it was getting worse. SO after class i take it midus, free inspections. They check everything over, and point out the inner CV leaking and coming out. ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh long story short,im venting. Pissed off that the guy at the transmission shop didnt listen to me in the first place. Im not gonna have to pay a dime because all of this is under warranty, but im upset that this all has happened ugh phewwwwww

that sucks man, thankfully you know what it is now and it won't cost you any extra to get it repaired.

Sorry,i was in class and taking notes while typing that. Had it repaired today. Turns out the CV was still good. The sleeve had to be replaced and a bushing, and i lost a quart of tranny fluid.
