Sc/t

well now that i have ordered most of the parts for my car to fix it after hitting the deer. I think i wanna turn it into a sc/t

Does anyone know a total of what it will cost?
i want the full sc/t body kit painted white and the emblems that i have seen on some other cars.

well, pfyc.com is where you start on pricing the kit, not sure what you mean by emblems (grafxwerks stuff??)

and i can't recall the paint estimates but i know i've read them before on here.

Now with the sc/t kit. Does it make it alot lower. Because the way stuff is around here im affraid of messin it up.

I guess i was jw if it was soo low that im just gonna hit stuff no matter what or if i just pay attention and be careful i will be alright.

Being careful you'll probably still scrape here and there. If you care about the bottom of the front lip than that might be an issue.

IMO and not that it matters, the kit looks goofy if the cars not lowered with rims.

yeah im lowering it in the spring and putting it on 18" asa jh9 rims

u should know about custom car parts and what not ......most A/V shops do body kits and other stuff,atleast around here they do

the shop i work at is strictly car audio and video/navigation installs, remote starts/alarms and underbody and interior lighting. No body kits, no car parts.

Should look good llsht14, I am doin the SE to GT conversion and eventually SC/T although come spring, Im installin my drop, Canuck Motorsports 1.7" F/R and a nice set of 18" ASA JH9's haha. I decided a few weeks ago those are the rims I wanted, they are so clean and simple, really beautiful wheels. Hope you get all your kit and wheels put on soon so I can check out how it looks and Im sure you will like it.

If your talking about the one you can get off of E-Bay from Pershing, yeah I got one. But I won't have a chance to see how it looks until after the 20th when I get home on leave. Won't go on the car until after the deployment.

well theres never any snow here im mainly concerened about my driveway, i almost drag now, would be bad if i sc/t'd it. im def. going to get an sd hood but not sc/t kit.

heres some pics that will hopefully help... car is not lowered and has 17" wheels. car sits about 6 inches off the ground and i still scrape. i live in CT and winters can be harsh here so i take off the front lip for the winter and i have no problems.

Mine is not lowered either. On 17's and my driveway has a bump at the end. If I lowered it I would have to park in the street instead of the garage :(

Very nice car, I am still throwing around the idea of sc/t'ing mine but I just dont know.... I may go for custom paint instead and just an sd hood....

Here, went to the car wash and then snapped a few shots while I was running around. I painted my kit in my garage. Turned out pretty good.

Those stripes were one of the first things I did to the car to make it stand out from the billion other white grand ams around here...lol

Just got the rims from discount tire direct last year. I had a paint shop color match the white for me. The dark color is actually just some metallic gun metal rattle can stuff from Lowes :D
