Attaching Pics..... HELPPPP!!!!!

I feel so unprofesional asking this but , ive been on this site for a while now to be exact 7 months...... i dont know why my posts went down from 87 to 28 but anywayzzzz i still dont know how to attach pics....
I need some directions ... i tried copy and paste it didnt work....

Bottom of the page when you post, says attach file, beneath the smilies, beneath the options. Can only be 102400 bytes.
