I found a guy selling 5x115 steelies with 205/70/15 tires near me. Do you guys think these tires will be cool with the strut, fender, and everything with Eibach springs?

Going from a stock size of 225/50/16" = 24.9" diameter
to
205/70/15" = 26.3" diameter
= :nono:
(I don't think you are going to get it in there, without hitting your struts.)
You can say that it exceeds the general guideline of keeping it within 2% range.

Bahh I hate life. The guy I'm buying them from said he had them on his Alero and I read another member ran the same size. So theres no chance with the drop?

You will have to test fit them.
But I don't think it will fit
Plus, it is the wrong size (tire diameter) for -1" tire/wheel sizing.
At 63.5 mph: Your speedo will read 60 mph.
Error rate of 5.8% too slow.

With a drop... probably not. I'm surprised anyone fit them on a stock height car without rubbing somewhere. Either way, anyone who puts those on a GA is stupid. Especially without changing the pcm to accommodate for the new wheel speed. 1.4" taller than stock and the speedometer would be off by almost 6%. Waaaaaaaaaay out of spec there.

Ok, so I've been assuming for a long time that its possible to change the speedo setting for tire sizes in the pcm with a custom tune. Am I correct in this think?
Sorry for mini thread jack...
