colored wax

Im sure all of you have seen this stuff at the auto parts stores, its colored car wax by turtle wax. I wasnt too sure what kind of a job it would do but i bought it since i figured it couldnt hurt. The verdict..... ITS F*ING AMAZING!!!! no kiding this is the best thing that i have ever bought as far as a car care product is concerened. After a summer of sand storms and 115 degree Las Vegas heat my black paint was chiped and pitted and was filled in with regular wax making hundreds of white specs all over the car, i claybared it and used this wax and my paint looks brand new its like looking into a mirror. For anyone with faded paint or similar problems you should give this stuff a try. I was SO happy with the results i just had to post about it. :D :thumbs:

what does claybar do? i have some chips and various other crap from hail and what not

Claybar removes airborn contaminants from the surface. It also removes paint overspray from the factory, bugs, tar, etc. Makes the surface extremely smooth and it's easier to wax/polish... Great stuff. Everyone should use one.

Does anyone think that this stuff could add a "pearl' look to the finish....?

Say blue with silver, dunno.... have some blue laying around, I may try it out... When I used it on my previous car, it did not seem to work all that well, I had a light blue car though... Maybe on darker colors it is better.

i kept my car looking beautiful till my accident, then the shop bubbled the paint, over sprayed in an area, left a dent in the door, then i got the car back it got hailed on and got a chip, some **** hit my bumper and scuffed the rear bumper near the license plate, and someone keyed my car .... its been sitting outside for 1 year today :( it needs to be cleaned from topto bottom
