The car really is amazing...my dad has had one for the past two months and each time I get in it it's like the first. Easily one of the top GM models I have sat in and driven, and it gets looks all over town!

The award is well deserved, the CTS is a world-class car that will go head to head with the import luxury competition.

Some guy told me the CTS has often been called 'Catera's Twin Sister' due to the problems and stuff. Is that true?

The only reason I can think people would say that about the CTS is that the early models came with the Catera's hunkajunk motor.

After the high feature 3.6 V6 was released, the CTS became the most reliable caddy out there. Cadillac is one of the brands at my dealership and the CTSes that come in don't need major repairs at all. Its usually trim items and accessories.

The CTS models that have the old Opel motor are heinous things and I hope I never have to work on one. They're always in for engine issues.

I await the 2 door. I hope it is priced like the 4 door and not have a "premium" added to it like INFINITY and BMW do.
