View Full Version : The Constant Clicking Signal Sound!!!

I've spent many-a-hours reading the forums to find out how to fixing the constant clicking signal sound, and I am not sure which way to turn.

I recently purchased a 2000 Grand Am SE.
During the test-drive evrything was okay, but now from the time I start the car to when I shut it off the darn thing, the clicking sound keeps on clicking, continously!

Some people say it's the Hazard Switch, and get it fixed by the "recall."
Others say you got to clean, and re-grease the switches.

Well, I called GM Canada for recall info on my specific car and there is no such recall. So, should I attempt to take apart my car, at which I am a novice, or should I take it to the dealership?

Any views on the situation would be appreciated.
Thanks a MILLION in advance!
