View Full Version : For those who have painted their calipers
What color is your car and what color did you paint the calipers?
I have a red GAGT and can't decide on what color to do the calipers. I am kind of going with the red/black look since I have blackouts/tint/black inlays for the bumpered lettering. Black calipers would be pointless though.

I have black calipers on my blue GA. I'd take a pic but its raining know. let me know if you want a pic and i'll try and snap one for ya tomorrow. They look noticably different that just unpainted calipers. I like it IMHO.

I have a white car with orange calipers!! looks great, would be interesting on red, I would say to paint them red or if ur desperate not for red, than yellow or blue

I wouldn't mind doing red but I'm skeptical about how well it would match. I think I'll spray a sample of red and see how well it matches.

It'd be nice to see the whole car so I can see what mine would look like, but only if you have time. Where did you buy that spray paint? Thanks Papio..

Blue on black... calipers only, not the brackets.

I have a Galaxy Silver car, and I painted mine Universal Red. Looks cool. I only painted the bright part of the calipers on the front. I taped off the darker metal that surrounds the main part of the caliper. So my rear and front look to be the same size that way. :)

here's that pic you wanted...
I painted mine with Daytona Yellow High Temp paint looks pretty good on a black gt. Compliments the interior nicely =)
Thanks papio, think I will do the red when I have time.
