hey.. i did the suspension (sprint/kyb) myself maybe a year ago, could something be coming loose? where should i start looking.. the noise is a pop/thud/doeing (rhymes with boeing.. sound it out) and happens when the wheels are turned to the left AND when they are being turned back to straighten out, thoughs?

Sounds like a tierod end going back actually. Jack up the front end to get the wheels off the ground. Place your hands and 9 & 3 o'clock and wiggle back and forth. If its tight you're good. If its loose and has play, its the tierod end on whatever wheel is loose.

mine used to do that, somehow condensation got in the dustboot and made it all nasty, i just injected a LITTLE cv grease in there and it shut up.
