ok, i am trying to install HID lights in my car.. and the connections do not fit my car even though they are made for GA's. i am trying to figure out where i am going wrong here.. here are some pics.. i am trying to figure out what plug that is on the ballast itself. i have no connectors that fit that. and i cannot buy 9007 bulbs because the housing came with a different piece

First off your question is very unclear.
-Do you have drl's disabled?
-Are you asking why your bulbs wont fit, or why you cannot hook up your ballasts?

Your going to need a 9006 plug to go into that ballast for power.

You need to disable drl's, or your ballasts are not going to last very long.
Like he said, you will need the 9006 plug to go into your stock headlight plug, and then into the ballast. It looks like you have one in your picture.

the bright is a 9006 style i do believe, but my car has 9007 plugs

It should plug right in.

the oem plug on the car plugs into the bright on the light, and the dim is the HID light, which plugs into the ballasts. what plugs into the other plug on the ballasts?

nvm... i got it figured out. i am missing the wiring harness.. i was told the kit was complete when i got it and that i could just hook it up and be done. i just have to get a wiring harness i guess. thanks anyway.
