Color Scheme

(I know there is a thread on this.... but that car was Black, and mine is silver)

My car is currently 100% stock. It's a silver SE.

I like black, blue, red, and silver... but I only want to stick with one of those to go with the silver. Which do you guys (or gals) think is the best?

So maybe like have steering wheel overlays and the the vent outlines and stuff be silver then exterior accents be black... probably look good since I'm going to be getting black (clear) headlamps and tinted rear lamps, windows, taillamps...

Thanks for adding the gal part. I say black with maybe a little accent of one of the other colors but not much.

The steering wheel post overlays from CustomGrandAm.com kinda suck. They only wrap around 3/4ths of the post and start to peel at the edges. Mine did that and I took tham off after a while. May look into painting them when I get home, because I drive with the bottom left post most of the time (if I'm not trying to flex in my ride and have one hand on the 12 o'clock)lol

Silver would be good though.

Just about anything would go with silver. I've had 4 different combo's in my silver GT in 7 1/2 years. My personal favorite is my current one; charcoal, silver, and royal blue. I painted my steering wheel posts silver and they look cool.

Please. I speak from experience. I thought I was all baller when I found a metallic blue to match my exterior.... I got sick of it after 6 months and went all black.

Just sand down all the parts I have in blue and paint them black.

Yeah, if you make all the parts glossy and smooth, I think you'll get that 'defined' look pretty nice with black.

I'd actually recommend a matte or flat finish. I wish I would have gone that route.... making it look stock>making it stand out
