Powertuner not logging?

Hey, my powertuner scan tool never saves a log file. I bought the tuner like 2 years ago (when it was still supported well) and FINALLY got all my other projects done and really got time to start cracking on learning this program. I start the logging and do everything it says in the help file but when i click disconnect it never saves the log file. Am i just retarded and missing something? I think the software i downloaded was the most up to date (the beta one). Anyone else have this problem or should I go to the elementary school and have 4th grader tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Sounds like you might be saving the log to the PT's internal database - check your settings, and change them to save the log as a CSV file.....

Checked it, it is set to save to export to CSV.... What are all your scantool settings? I have it all set pretty much the way it came figuring it SHOULD work that way.

Use disable normal communications is unchecked
Auto Restore config checked
Auto save scan config checked

And under logging options

Log Method is Export to CSV
Auto generate file name is checked
New File upon resume is checked
Refresh rate is real time
Log write speed is real time

Is any of this wrong?

Ok fixed the problem. The beta version apparently has a fault with the scan tool. I reverted to v1.2 and now its workin fine. VE tables here i come!
