View Full Version : Reinstalling rear seat HELP !!!

I had to remove my rear seat to retrieve my keys that my nice stuffed in there. Now my question is how in the heck do i get it back in there ?? There are two black plastic clips that popped out and i have no clue on how the go back in . Any help would be greatly appreciated

Put the clips back on the seat itself, the "U's" on the black plastic clips are where the metal portion goes on.. then just push the seat back in. Sorry if you take pics I can describe it better

Don't tell my passengers this, but the seat they've been sitting on in the back hasn't been latched in..for a few years.. ;crap

Maybe I'll try it again soon, lol

those clips suck to put back on. I broke one last time I took it off, so there is only one holding the seat down right now.

maybe thats my problem... i always have the problem of grabbing something off the floor and catching the seat and popping it up. i just latch it back down, but it pops up easily. i dont recall having any plastic clip.

X2, I gave up.....and now the latches are so focked up from fatasses sitting on the unlatched seat that it'll never latch.
