Obviously this wouldnt be for the people who go through car washes all the time, but with using the Zaino wash I need to dry the car so I don't get water spots. I picked up some Viking drying clothes.

I just wanted to make sure these were ok to use because I know that when I was doing the zaino awhile ago I scratched one part of my car using a towel made in timbuktu.. learned my lesson there.

Anything to look for in these drying clothes?

I have always used shimi(sp?) clothes. They seem to work well after you get them wet.

This is the same sort of thing.. drying clothes that you need to wet first.

There's some kind of terry cloth towel called the Absorber that a buddy of mine uses on his 02 WS6 and there's not a swirl or ANYTHING on it...

CA Wiper Blade, Absorber Chamois and then a cotton beach towel to get hard to reach spots. And separate hand rags to dry the rims and tires before I shine them up.

CA Blade, and some Martha Stewart towels I sneaked out of the dryer. Don't tell my fiancee, OK?:D

PS- My GA is Black, so drying it 110% is extra important. The Water Blade cuts drying time to about 1/3. Sorry for all the math.

I had an Absorber and it worked ok but left streaks on glass and tiny water spots. Now my floor jack sits on it.

Shami..........and (2) huge thick cotton towels. I bought ones that match my ride and I never leave home without them and also some Mequire's detailer.

I was sick of my mother back in the day cursing at me while I was drying my car.........(insert screeching mother voice here)"You little mother focker, those are my GOOD towels, oh and you can start doing the focken laundry from now on"

She usually doesn't swear. But when someone is messin with her towels she flips a wig........

My Pressman does this too especially in the colder weather. I think I'm going to try this next time I wash my car.

Ca Water Blade (make sure you wash and rinse well), and the "Absorber". Only white Fieldcrest towels when I need to wipe off polish.

The water blade and the absober. and a cotton cloth to get any missed spots. The water blade seems to do a really good job since doesn't have all the ribs or curve that the GA has..

I use 100% cotton terry cloths. I tried the CA blade and the absober. I found myself waxing more than often. Now I only use the cloths.
