I am hoping someone can help me out. My 02 will not start. I have replaced, spark plugs/wires, ignition module/coils. After replacing all I determined that I was not get enough voltage to the module. I am only getting 1.5 volts at the ignition module. I checked what the voltage is at the power distribution box(fuses) and it is only 1.5 as well on the fuse. The battery is good. A few other fuses are getting only 1.5 but most get the 12 volts. I know power coming in is good. I'm really stuck, any have any suggestions?

Is the "security" light on?

Got a thought. Did you check the big fuses under the hood? I want to say I had several circuits out at once. After checking all the circuit fuses I checked the big fuses as they will power more than one circuit. Maybe one upstream is causing your prob.

I checked all the circuit fuses and everything is good and those are getting 12 Volts. Very weird that I am getting 1.5 Volts. Any other suggestions?

Possibly an ignition switch or a bad ignition relay.

If I try and replace the ignition switch, which part do I need to get, want to make sure I buy the correct one?
The ignition lock cylinder or the ignition starter switch? I believe the switch will do as I should put my old lock cylinder on the new housing of the switch.
