has anyone used or know more about that thin flexible head protection sheeting you can get from PFYC called x-pel headlamp protection .

do they come already shped to our style healights etc or do we have to do the cutting and trimming?

might be nice to use to protect new style headlights when they are installed. wounder if they cover the complete part of the clear glass of headlights .

wounder if the adhesive they use to stick to the plastic lense of headlights will leave any bad sign of damage to headlights the day you may want to remove the x-pel...

is it the same adhesive as they use to tint glass windows. mind you our headlights are plastic lense .....

i know i have seen similiar clear protective products on front ends of some newer bmw's.

I got the whole front end done on my G8, with 3M Clear Bra.
That included the headlights & fog lights too.
Those projector headlights are not cheap to replace.

I highly recommend it on a new car.

Note: I did find out from my installer that the 3M Clear Bra material does not like the heat of Xenon lights.
Not sure about HID's though.
