I plan on changing out the reservoir on my car this weekend cause my float is messed up,and was wondering what all i need to do in order to get this done..How do i go about getting the fluid out of the reservoir, does it just snap on/off and do i need a new gasket, and do i need to bleed the system after?..Thanks..Rodney

You can use a turkey baster to get the brake fluid out of the reservoir. Try not to get any brake fluid on you paint. Take off the brake lines and plug the ends somehow, you don't want to get **** in the lines. Pull the the two nuts off the master cylinder and pull the master cylinder off the power booster, there is a gasket between the two. I would recommend bench bleeding the master cylinder before installing it. Here is a link on how to do it with pics.
