There is sometimes a fillips screw in the front by the studs and if not then there is also sometimes a hole in the same area where you can screw a bolt into to push it off. If all else fails torch it

Probably rusted to the hub. I have had this happen before after using some cheap autozone rotors. Took a nice size sledge hammer and a 2x4 to get the rotor off.

PB Blaster, Emory clotch around the hub to rotor surface to clean it up, soft faced hammer.

That'll fix it.

ya its mostlikely rusted to the hub. you need to get a sleg and hit the center cap really hard, to break the rust. my one did that to me i have the 96 GA and thats all i did and it fell right off, then i invested into some rustolium paint to put on the hub, wait actually i think i used caliper paint. and it never stuck again.
