I have a 95 grand am 3.1 that tends to sit all summer. I was just trying to start it up and it won't turn over. The fuel pump was noisy before, now I can't hear it at all, so I suspect that's the problem. Hoping it's just a relay, I'm trying to check it but I can't seem to find out which one it is. No mention in the manual, and the chilton manual doesn't really have a good diagram. I have 4 relays in a row, I tested them with a simple 12v on pins 85 & 86 and they at least click. There was a bunch of debris packed into the corner, and it looks like something was eating away at one of relay wires, it's the one with the lightest gauge wire however so I wouldn't think it's the pump relay (picture). The wires are in bad shape, but appears to be intact, haven't put the meter to it. Can anyone tell me the location of the relay, or have anything thought?
