Brake Conversion New Parts

I got a Grand am 2002 SE i want to modify my rear brakes so i can have disk brake and not drum. My question is what parts do i need to buy so i can do it. I want to parts to be new not used! Bellow is the list parts, tell me what i need please.

mpracing.org has a 12" rear disk upgrade you can get, but thats bigger than stock.
