im on the lookout for a new project car. I know I just bought my 2004 GAGT and I love the car,but I miss my 93 z28 and 89 5.0 car. It might not be until next summer but whats a better platform for a project? I know almost everyone says ls1 blah blah blah, and I would love a ls1 car but theyre more expensive.

What is your budget? Both platforms have tons of aftermarket support you can't go wrong with either really, old school 350 sbc engines are dirt cheap too. Finding a clean rust free body in the midwest should be more of a concern, good luck.

Probably more than he's wanting to spend on a project car, unless it's a junker.
