i still have the stb tower covers to put on. but there seems to be various opinions as to whether the loosing of the 3 tower bolts and then adjust the top of the strut around just a bit to snap covers in, will throw my alignment off. i twice asked MRZ. they say it won't change alignment. a few here on the site and my neighbor says it will.
PS: stewartfn18 how do i add the extra details about mods to my car like you did . and have it show each time i post ??

You spent $330 for them to polish it? That's crazy imo. But if you like it that's all that matters. I could personally spend $330 on something more practical. But like I said, whatever makes you happy.

to polish i think tends to cost more then plating but gives you better results if the items can be polished.

i had gm pain the cover . close but not exact matching blk. then to red decal the 3400 sfi. but the guy did a crap job decaling . i wanted painted 3400sfi. but they said that would be tuff and more expensive and may not turn out good.

Its just plastic, right? You could tape/spray paint it.

Ya plastic comes grey with silver 3400sfi. And glued grey foam on the underside. The extenion oil cap neck is bought separately.
