The driver side window on my 99 se squeaks really bad when it goes up or down.
I know how to get the trim panel off and I've given it a brief inspection and can't really figure out what is wrong. I'm sure the window is pressing against the weatherstripping that is on the outside of the window.
How I fix that I'm unsure of. I would guess there is some way to adjust the channel that the window runs in???
I called the dealership, but they want $100 just to take the trim panel off. something I can do in less than 1 minute.
Anyone have any specific or even general things I should look at?
When I called the dealership the guy said it would probably end up being a relubrication. Relube what part?
