there is a crappy seal / gasket in the ram air tubing where tubing goes threw wheel well. to replace it i search all over for ideas instead of using sealant. the only way to get one is to buy new tubing.
BUT go to a vaccum parts sale place. i found a perfect fit , better i think , a vaccum belt . they are rubber but it should last much longer then factory gasket because they are meant to take a lot of heat from vaccums versus the warm or cool air that come threw the ducting of our car.
the belt is from a kenmore and measures about 10.5" inch COMPLELTELY around cicumference $3.50 cdn. check yours my factory gasket with a car that is clean all the time , no winters ( except first 2 )and NOT rain driven most times, only 77,000 klms , my gasket what was left was sticking out.
and there had to be loss of air there. i do not have a part number because they did not have one listed at this store .
