some people here have purchased stuff from there a long time ago. the past couple years he has been super hard to get a hold of. best to look elsewhere.

all orders on there are made to order, searching will turn up stories of people waiting 3-6 months for items..quite possibly a few people that have never received anything.

grafxwerks and customgrandam would be better.

ive received a few items from them. Some took longer then others, but as it was said, all orders are custom. You can go somewhere else, and it will be faster, and it will be similar quality, however you will not find most of the products elsewhere, nor the level of options on the available products. Its a gamble, buy from CAC, most likely get the parts you want the way you want them, or settle for something less and pay about the same price.
