Drls dnt wrk w/ccfl halos

Hey everyone I just installed my ccfl halos and an HID kit My hid kit,halos and turn signals work n all. Also at night when i release the break my regular hid work but in the day my DRLS don't n i have that warning light that says SERVICE VEHICLE SOON"come out while driving in the day.

I didn't splice nothing except for my hids that I hooked then up to the main socket by splicing the black and white cable. everything else is the same. Can anyone think or help me out on this I would really appreciated.

If you have a hid kit chances are you have no brights anymore. The DRL's are actually the brights but at half power. You have two options: Disable the DRL's by following the procedure listed in the forum (found by using search feature) or just deal with the light.

I had the same problem the only way to make the DRLs work is to wire around the factory 9007 plug since the highs and lows share a common ground and the way the GAs lights work it causes the DRLs to not work they actually come on for a few seconds then flicker out i noticed mines doing it a few times and thought i had electrical issues.
