Squeaky Window

I've noticed that my window is not getting harder and harder for it to go down, and the motor is running harder as it sounds as if the window tracks are completely dried up. What are the exact steps involved for regreasing my window tracks? OR, is it something else that is adding to this problem?

It is the Driver's side window, and all the others seem to be fine otherwise.

What type of grease do I use?

hahaha, didn't even see the squeaky window fix post below! wish the forum didn't crash, sure is a bummer :(

yours sounds different than mine. My window just squeaks really loud, doesn't sound like the motor is working any harder.
