I just have a couple of tiny areas of concern.

Exhaust tips: I've seen one to many people that have the tips sticking out like have something happen to them(ie runaway shopping cart, backing into a curb, some twit doing something stupid like using your tips to rest a foot so they can tie their shoe I caught a fool doing that to my Tri-Flo system on my Vette)

Just warning you on that one.

Other than that the car looks good, a sc/t rear wing would look better but thats your car not mine. I do like the side markers on the mirrors, never seen that before on a GA so thats cool and the red underlight isn't overdone and matches well with the paint job, I've seen idoits mix bright yellow colored car with green lights and *shivers* man it was horrible. You did a great job with the custom interior and audio system, doesn't look 2nd rate like alot of cars I see.

Since you have done what you have done to the car there is one idea I have in my mind that would look sweet on that car. Replace the front Pontaic badge and the rear GT-R badge and create a wicked Dodge Viper style brake light where the Viper symbol lights up, just do it with a couple Pontaic badges and that would be sweet. That way you have a matching red Pontaic badge in the back you could use as a brake light and the front as just the icing on the cake. That would be the sweet 1-off add on.

Its nice to see different ideas of how a person wants a certain car to look like, to see how creative you can be and man those sidemarkers were a sweet idea.

Have you seen the custom TV screens people can put inside there sideview mirrors or rear view mirror, those are trick. I work with alot of people that do that kind of stuff and sometimes get requests to sketch up ideas for their cars to look a certain way and stuff and its cool to see the end result. We all have that inner creative side, just depends how you show or use it.

Got a 1998 C-5, strange world.

When you get one, look at some of the corvette mags. tons of aftermarket stuff including a ram-air kit that adds 40hp, and yes it works well and it also drops the engine temp down around 20 degrees. That and the Borla cat-back C-5 race exhuast system is wicked.

The wing is not half bad. I am not into those big comando wings but it does not look bad on his car. The car pics don't do his entire setup justice. It looks very nice in person. At least his rear spoiler is very functional Vs what gets put on most cars today. The decals down the side scream badass and his wheels are very nice. Looks good Shawn. These people just have to see it in person to fully understand your setup. but when I saw it I gave it :thumbs: :thumbs: up. And as far as your system with the 3 or 4 TV's andDVD and amazing subs has left a ring in my ears. LOL just for that evening.

i like the way shawn did his ride. the system setup makes me wanna drool when i saw those pics. i honestly like the way wing looks on the car. i'm usually not a fan of a high wing. but i think it adds a certain something to the car. that's just my .02 on the it. keep up the modding thou!

i agree w/ u on this one slvr.......u want something, u gotta work for it......right now i just accepted a 2nd full time job so i can do lots of S*** to my car.....thats how much im a car enthusiast.....i get like 3 hrs of sleep every night.....im tired as hell by the end of the wk......and w/ both jobs, i dont have no single day off..........but when im tired and think about quitting one job, i think about the end result....well worth it.........stand out from the 'stockers'...... anyways........ppl shouldnt hate either cuz u cant afford or like something.........later:rage:

Well I personally dont know any company that sells a $3,000 body kit. I do know *** has the highest price kit at $1,650.

However, anything major for your car, whther it be looks or performance causes alot of money. Especially in the grand am market. People have to face it, we do not drive honda civics, we will not get honda civic prices.

You can buy a supercharger set up for a civic for roughly $3,000 or so. But RSM wants $4,400 for one for our GA. Thats just the way our community goes. I am not rich by any means at all. I work 66 hours a week. I get paid a tad tad more than some people, but im no baller I can tell yah that much. If I was my daily beater wouldnt be a 88 CRX with a bad cluth, a leaky caliper and no heater or A/C. And since I am not rich, I had a choice to make, Show or go. I couldnt do both. I liked looking at nice cars and going to car shows so I decided to go show. The Ga takes entirely too much money to make fast enough to really do anythign with, so I figured this was the better way to go. Just dont bag on people cause they decided to look nice. Thats there choice. not everyone has $4,000 to blow to go 1 second faster in the 1/4.

ANd I thought the wing didnt relaly fit the car, but seeing he painted it white with the tips black, it loks pretty decent. not my taste but decent. I think your car is tight bro!! Good job, gotta respect the work and way to be different.:thumbs: :thumbs:
