I had no clue where to put this thread sorry.

Anyone familiar with them? I ask because they seem to be the only place that makes a HO alternator for 03+ grand am's. (Besides having a custom one made of course.)

They seem like a legit place. Also on the topic of alternators, I never really get a straight answer out of anyone. 03-04-05 are all the same alternators correct? Because that just says 04-05, but lots of sites do that.

Haven't seen that place before, but never really looked for one. It looks legit, and I see no reason why that alt wouldn't work.

It's definitely a lot of amps... 220, pheeeew. Stock is only 105. I'd think 160 amps would be enough for most people with increased electrical load, but the alt will only put out what it needs to meet demand so you could still use a 220 even if it's way overkill.

Yea 220 amp is a bit overkill I think as well. The fuse rating on my amp is 180 (6x 30A fuses) so I wanted pretty close to that. But if thats all they have is the 220A I will probably just get that.

Is your 03 a newer model or older? That has the charging terminal on the side where as the new ones have it on top.

Bump, I emailed them and said they should probably change their website seeing as how the design changed mid year of 03, and it seems they actually did lol, still trying to get a little bit of feedback about these guys before I decide to make a purchase or not.

Agree with the stereo part.... a little blood rushed into my penis. I might look into next month.
