The engine in my 2000 Grand Am SE 2.4 went out and I am going to buy my girlfriend's cousin's 2000 Grand Am GT 3.4. The GT is in good condition except for the front end where he hit two deer. The hood, headlights, bumper, and the side panels are bent up but nothing inside was damaged. Engine, radiator, and everything else is good except the front end is damaged. I was wondering if I could take my front end from my SE and put it on the GT.

I will eventually but money is tight and I need something to drive. $800 for a 2000 GT with 98,000 miles in good condition isnt bad. I just wanted to not drive a car around that the front end is beat up a little.

Splash guards underneath are different between gt/se, so when you do go back to gt you will need new ones along with the bumper
