I've been noticing a strange recurrence of a brief power loss. Happens when the engine is full cold (no driving for many hours). I start the car and drive down the street. Somewhere in the 15-25mph range the power starts to drop off gradually. Its like there is a sudden drag on the engine that is pulling it down. If you give it a little more gas it'll jerk back to life and won't happen again...until the next day. Whatever it is its getting more noticeable. At first it was so little I thought I was letting my foot up off the gas a tiny bit, but now the power loss is dropping a bit more and doesn't recover as quick.
I'm looking for suggestions of what to look at. Perhaps the fuel pressure regulator is going bad?
