I'm guessing you don't have a cat on the car as they are supposed to make flamethrower exhausts not work...lol.
Any kind of fire out the back could be a sign of either too much gas or a cylinder not firing and just dumping the gas out the exhaust, or both

yea i run the open cutout all the time ^_^ cylinders are firing properly just thinking to much gas

Its too much gas. Vehicles that run particularly rich commonly have backfire pops or flames out the exhaust. Rotary engines are particularly prone to this due to how rich they often run.

you just have open cutouts right?
That explains the fire. any time you have high performance you will send small amounts of gas into the exhaust system, and the piping gets very hot, enough to ignite the gas.
if you had full exhaust system the fire would dissipate before reaching the back of the car.

I'm guessing that using the cutout affects the fuel curves and causes the car to run rich. Be careful running that cutout all the time cuz you could certainly fry some piston rings. Is your little fireball issue a problem? Probably not a huge one. Running the cutout probably allows some air into the front part of the exhaust and the piping would get extremely hot. That means you've completed the trifecta to make fire: air, fuel, and spark. I would agree that you need to take a better video cuz I think it's cool as hell.... lol
