Scatched side glass

Both front side windows, ugly as heck! I seen the tsb about bending stuff inside the door to stop the scratching, but I was wondering if I have to replace the glass to get rid of the scatches?

Yes you'd have to replace the glass if you want them gone. No point in replacing until whatever scratched them is fixed though.

GM put out an updated belt molding to correct the problem (once you replace the glass) IIRC
