Hi for my current project I need to know the clutch pushrod travel distance. Basically how far the pedal pushrod goes into the clutch master cylinder. I need this measurement asap. My project is stalled. If it comes down to it I'm willing to pay someone to take this measurement for me. That's just how desperate I am. Don't let me down guys

Give me a few minutes. I'm at work now but may be able to run out and measure for you.

Best I can do is this. I could not get a ruler in there without tearing out a lot of stuff. But I could get my hand up there. Seemed to be close to 1 1/4 inches. Not exact but hopefully close enough. I can get a number but I don't have the time until the weekend. I don't think it would be too tough to pull the MC and check that way. Good luck.

Wow thank you! Hey if you can get a more accurate measurement that would be awesome. It really has to be perfect. I'm willing to wait for the perfect measurement

I will get back to you as soon as I can. Maybe tomorrow but more likely the weekend. You can send check or cash. :D J/K

I'm getting 1 and 1/16th. There is an adjuster but that's where I'm set. Good luck with your project.

Well I got my clutch done. Is it normal that it's very easy to press? It has a decent amount of pressure but it's more loose than regular clutches.. Hey can you do me one more favor? Measure the pedal from the pushrod down to the footpedal?

Sure, got to find that ruler. Probably tonight. Many people can't get used to the light touch. The tire guy stalled it getting it on the ramp. I do have a statge 2 which is said to be even more light than OEM.

So the pedal is supposed to be easy to push?
